Our leaders undertake a variety of responsibilities. They can be Ministers and Deacons or Functional, Departmental or community engagement leaders. Depending on their role, leaders undergo Leadership and or Ministry training to tutor, mentor and prepare them for their roles within the church.

Pastor Kayode Adekola holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and a Master’s degree in Construction Management.
He worked as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor for over two decades in Africa, Europe and the Middle East before being called into full-time ministry. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (United Kingdom).
He became born again in 1990 and he has served in various churches and ministries within the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Nigeria and overseas. He was the coordinating minister for Evangelism and Follow-up at RCCG Megachurch, Agidingbi, Lagos between 2003 and 2005. He left Nigeria to the Republic of Ireland where God enabled him to be the pioneer pastor of RCCG Triumphant House, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan from November 2009 to February 2012. He later relocated to Qatar (Middle East) where he became coordinating minister for Missions and was appointed Parish Pastor for RCCG Rehoboth Assembly Doha 1 between October 2015 and March 2016.
He moved to Reading, United Kingdom in June 2016 and became a member of RCCG Victory @ Reading and joined the Sunday school department as a teacher and by divine arrangement became the Parish Pastor on July 8, 2018.
Pastor Kayode has a deep passion for prayer (warfare) and believes victory in all areas of life is won through prayers and obtained in the womb of battles. He also believes and teaches that prayer is a tool for helping people realise their God-given treasures.
He loves playing table tennis and travelling.
He is married to Temitope Dorcas Adekola and they are blessed with three (3) children.
